It refers to an pure English with many fewer words originated from other languages especially Latin and Greek language.
But, as you know, 60 % of the modern English words are formed based on French language. It would be quite weird to replace them all by Germanic languages based words.
For example, you can hear 'eyeglasses' to say 'lens' in Anglish, and 'ironmoon' instead of 'satellite'.
