Uh...hi, my name is Mary Hobin and I just bought the LX-600 laptop from you company.
I ordered it online last week, but when it arrived, the box seemed kind of dented.
Then, when I unpacked it and tried to turn it on, the computer just wouldn’t even boot.
I mean, I checked all of the connections and followed the directions in the manual,
but still nothing. It looks like it has been damaged in the shipping. I definitely want this model, but I’m wondering if I can exchange this broken one for a new one?

you thought the product was damaged during the shipment.

so I suggest that I'll contact with the delivery company, and ask what happend.
