I feel gloomy today becasue I fail the screening for promotion.
I understand My toeic score is very very low but I don't accept the result of promotion because My performance rating is higer than others.
So, My total score is not lower then everage as I know but HR team don't open the total score and they say the result is secret.
Confidence in company is broken.
I'll study english hard from today and leave the compay by the end of the year.
