I can't sleep until now...because of stress I think....
I try to go to sleep at 9:30 PM, but I stay now... (It's 2:30 AM..)
The reason I got a stress is that I had a lot of to do lists but I didn't do it.
I have to study over 7 hours in a day, but now I don't accomplish it.
I don't like my lazy style recently, but people says "That's okay, just take a rest."
After I heard this advise, I tried to think "That's okay.", but this solution didn't work for me!
My problem can settle by"try to do list!." but also.. I want to do kart rider game... T.T ...
HOW CAN I DO?
