If you learn a foreign language, some parts of our brain become very activated by improving its capacity whereas others parts have decreasing capacity. It means when our brain is stimulated from outside factors, deux opposite phenominon happen in it so that it remains balanced.
I think that's why nobody is perfect and even a genius has weak points.
