I am working at an elevator inspection company called Koelsa.
it is located in the Busan, and it was established in 1986.
my company is known for elevator inspection service.
We work for the safety of the people.
So I am very satisfied with my job.
Q. Please describe your office or workplace in detail, What does it look like? what can be found in your place of work?
A.
I am working at an elevator inspection company called Koelsa.
I usually work outside.
When I install inspection of elevator.
There is a lot of heavy equipment in my workplace.
Because the building is being built.
So my workplace is dangerous.
But, I am very satisfied with my job to work for the safety of the people.
Q. Tell me about the technology or equipment in your office or workplace. Which devices do you use regularly? What do you use them for?
A.
I carry a bag containing equipment I use while working.
There is a variety of equipment.
I make use of tape measure in my workplace.
I use it to measure the length of elevator doors and mirrors.
Also, there is a light meter in my equipment bag.
I use it to measure the illuminance of platform and elevator’s car.
I need them for almost every assignment to compare with the value on the law.
Q. Different people enjoy doing different things during their lunch breaks. What do you usually do during your lunch breaks? Give me as many details as you can.
A.
During my lunch break, I usually get something to eat near my workplace.
I work around Busan.
So I know well about famous restaurants of Busan.
I am making a restaurant map.
If my friends asks about it, I can answer them well.
After lunch, I take a walk alone.
So it is easy to rest during my lunch break.

I worked on a customer service project last February.
It was memorable because I raise the score of the branch.
I was responsible for researching interaction method by customer type.
When th project as completed, I felt really proud of my self.

My responsibilities include customer service.
I had to make a presentation on consumer trends last February.
I was responsible for researching interaction method by customer type.
So I raise the score of the branch.
When th project as completed, I felt really proud of my self.

The most memorable training I had was the customer service training.
Because I had to make first presentation in company.
My coworker gave feedback on the presentation posture and tone while preparing the presentation.
the presentation was successful and I built a sense of fellowship my coworker.
When the project was completed, I felt really exited.
Q. Did you ever have a problem with a particular project? What was the problem and how was it resolved? Please provide as many details as possible.
I worked on a customer service project last February.
While working on project, I had a problem with my computer.
The computer did not turn on.
So I asked an technician for help.
But I had to finished early.
So When my coworker didn’t go to work in the morning, I borrow his computer and finished my project.
When the project was complete, I felt really relived.
