(첫인사)Hello. This is Rosa. I want to tell you about the problem from the last meeting.
(상황 설명 및 문제점) From the meeting, I understand that the price of paper we use for our photocopier and printer is increased 15%. This is a big problem and we need to think about how to reduce the usage of paper and save our money.
(해결책) To solve the problem, I suggest that we encourage our employees to use electronic documents. Many workers have printed hard copies of all documents even though we already have an electronic document management system. They could be also helpful for simplifying our work processing.
(끝인사) If you want to discuss this further , please call me anytime. Thank you.

(서론) I think ~
(본론) First, managers can evaluate the employee consistently.
It takes a long time to get a complete evaluation. For an accurate evaluation, it is very helpful that managers see worker’s usual work attitude without notice.
Also, managers have more experience and knowledge in the field so they can learn _____ more efficiently. Therefore, managers can evaluate staff members through watching the workers for a long time with professional knowledge.
Second, managers can see ______ more on objective point of view.
Managers have worked many different people so they have a skill to judge _____ objectively. For example, coworkers are also friends, so they will probably evaluate each other more positively. On the other hand, managers can be more objective because they supervise many staff members at the same time.
(결론) For these reasons, I think (서론)
