직장 관련 문항 답변입니다.

[1. 직장 설명]
I work for a home appliance company located in Goyang. Its right across the street from a high school.
The building I work in has seven floors and has a colorful exterior. Our office is on the third floor.
When you walk in, you’ll see rows and rows of cubicles. Each cubicle comes with a desk and a laptop, and they’re divided by gray partitions. There are also two large shared spaces that are mainly used for meetings.
In addition, there’s a lounge area with two recliners, where employees often eat lunch or take short breaks. What’s special about the lounge is that there are partitions in front of the recliners, so people can relax in private.
To be honest, I’m not completely satisfied with the office. When multiple departments have meetings at the same time, there aren’t enough meeting rooms. I think having more meeting spaces would make work a lot more efficient.

[2. 점심시간]
My lunch break on workdays starts at 12:00 and lasts for about an hour. I usually eat lunch with my coworkers at least three times a week.
Most of the time, we eat at the company cafeteria. There, we can choose between Korean and Western-style meals. We usually go for the Western-style options, like pork cutlets, pasta, or curry. The Korean meals typically include rice, soup, a main dish, and a few side dishes.
One thing to note is that the Western meals are limited in quantity, so if we don’t go early enough, they sometimes run out. On days when I don’t eat with my coworkers, I usually skip lunch and take a nap on the recliner in the lounge. It’s surprisingly refreshing and helps me focus better in the afternoon.
Personally, I wish our lunch break started 30 minutes earlier. The cafeteria and nearby restaurants get really crowded right at noon, so we often have to wait in line. If lunch started earlier, I think it would make things less hectic and allow for a more relaxed break.

[3. 출근]
I work in the downtown area of Goyang, but I live in a different part of the city. I have a driver’s license, but since I’m still not confident behind the wheel, I usually take public transportation.
On most days, my commute to work takes about an hour.
A typical commute starts around 8 a.m. I walk for about five minutes to the nearest bus stop, then take a bus for around 15 minutes to a transfer station. After that, I hop on another bus that takes me close to my office and it’s about a 25-minute ride.
The bus stops right in front of my building, so it only takes about five minutes to get to my office.
One thing I really like about my commute is that I travel in the opposite direction of most people heading into Seoul. That means the buses aren’t too crowded, and I can usually get a seat.
Thanks to that, I don’t feel too tired when I arrive at the office, and I can jump straight into work.
