Q1. What is your position in your company?
What are your duties and responsibilities? Give me as many details as you can.
A1. I am a registered nurse in the
anesthetic part. My responsibilities include preparing drugs and equipment
before a surgery and taking care of patients after a surgery. During the
surgery, I mostly assist doctors. I connect and inject the anesthetic medicines
to put patients sleep. After patients sleep, I monitor their vital sign and
control the anesthetic gas and medicines. And our department sometimes present
about medical equipment we use, each part’s surgical procedure and a review of
the thesis.
Q2. Please tell me about the most memorable
training you have had in your company. What kind of training was it? Why was it
memorable? Provide as many details possible.
A2. The most memorable training I’ve had
was CPR education. It was memorable because it is useful both inside and
outside of the hospital. And It hasn't been long since I joined the company so I
took pride in becoming a medical professional. At first, I watch the video
about CPR and practice chest compression repeating 30 times twice on a dummy.
After the practical training, I was chosen by the presenter so I demonstrate
CPR on a dummy in front of about 50 employees. I felt embarrassed but I do my
best.
Q3. Did you ever have a problem with a
particular project? What was the problem and how was it resolved? Please
provide as many details as possible.
A3. Our department
execute project about how to operate a medical device. Each employees have to give
a presentation about it. It is done once or twice a year but I always stressed because
I have difficulty finding specific data and making presentation materials. So,
I search on the Internet or YouTube using various words or request a product
manual to a person in charge.
