답은 D이며 문장에 동사가 3개라서 접속사가 와야한다는 건 알겠습니다. 그런데 with(전치사) 뒤에 whichever가 올 수 있나요?

원래 접속사는 안되는데
whichever=something which의 개념으로
뒤에 something이라는 명사가 와서 되는걸까요?
