Fuel oil flow controls
The oil flow to the startup burners shall be regulated by the oil master to bring the bed temperature up to the permissible coal ignition temperature and to maintain desired main steam pressure during unit startup and shutdown.
The oil flow demand signal shall be cross-limited to assure that demand for oil flow shall produce an air-rich fuel/air ratio, not the opposite.
