제가 생각하는 제 성격의 가장 큰 장점은, 다른 사람의 말에 진지하게 경청할 줄 아는 것이라고 생각합니다. 주변사람들이 “진짜 너는 다른 사람의 말을 잘 들어 주는 것 같다” 고 할 정도로, 이해력과 공감할 수 있는 능력이 있는 편입니다. 또한 한 번 맡겨진 일은 끝까지 해내는 성실함과 책임감이 저의 성격의 장점이라고 할 수 있습니다. 단점이라면 정이 많아서 부탁에 대한 거절을 잘못하는 우유부단함을 들 수 있습니다. 그러나 이러한 단점을 스스로 잘 알고 있다고 생각하고 있고 어떠한 결정을 내리는 상황에서 조금 더 깊게 생각하고 자신 있는 모습을 보이려고 노력하고 있습니다. 또 저는 일처리에 있어 언제나 꼼꼼하게 분석하는 편입니다. 남에게 맡기기보다는 '내일은 내가'라는 생각으로 일 처리를 하고, 언제나 돌다리를 두드리는 마음으로 준비하여 일을 진행시킵니다. 대인관계에 있어서는 '인간관계는 내 능력의 절반이다.'라고 생각을 하면서 한번 맺은 관계를 유지하기 위해 부단히 노력하는 편입니다.

Of my personality that I think the biggest advantage is knowing how to seriously listen to what the other person is saying. Enough people around to "real you to what the other person is saying to", has the understanding and the ability to empathize. I also has once entrusted to the end to make the benefits of the integrity and accountability. Much affection can not refuse to ask for Indecisiveness is the disadvantage of my personality. However, i knew these drawbacks and are trying to look in yourself and think a little deeper look in any decision-making situation. These drawbacks, however, are aware of my own. In a situation to make any decision, try to think a little more deeply. Also, I work always tend to meticulously analyze. Rather than leaving matters to others, have been thinking that I need to do my job. And always cautious mind ready to continue. In interpersonal relationships, I think "Human relations is half of my ability." I am very hard to maintain a relationship with other people and once that side.
