JOINT CONSULTANT COMMITTEE
ALL PARTIES, agree to form a Joint Consultant Committee composed of(2) authorized reprsentatives from each party to evaluate the progress and performance of the students of the SECOND PARTY; to review the implementation of this Memorandum of Agreement(MOA) annually or whenever necessary including revisions and/or modifications thereof and other issues and concerns pertaining thereof.
Any of PARTIES may terminate this MOA at any time to take effect twelve months from receipt of notice of other PARTIES.
