Prior to joining AMB, Mr. Evans held the title of Principal, at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc., and functioned as the managing member of their U.S. Western Region’s Capital Transactions Group. He was responsible for managing the group’s structured debt, mortgage banking and acquisitions personnel, and their related activities throughout the western US.
Mr. Evans started his real estate career in 1990 when he joined Lend Lease’s predecessor company, Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc., as a Senior Portfolio Accountant. Shortly thereafter, he took a position as an Investment Analyst and in 1992 was promoted to Assistant Director. By 1995, he was managing a multi-state, office and industrial property portfolio and was promoted to the position of Director, in the Investment Management Group. By 1997, he was again promoted to Vice President in the Capital Transactions Group, where he headed the western region’s Mortgage Banking Advisory Business Unit.
