be continued 는 자동사 이며 뒤의 ( 전치사 )despite 와   the cost (목적격인 명사) 가 왔고 뒤의 it 은 왜 온것인가요?

entails 사이에  entails 는 동사인데..   cost  와 entail 사이의 it   문법적으로 궁금해서 질문 합니다 ...~~
