dropping 이 어떻게 동명사형태로 나오게 되는지 궁금해요~~

여기서 who가 쓰인게 이상해요~ 뒷문장에서는 주어가  the team coaches로 나와있으며 second look at 의 전치사의 목적어로 others가 쓰였는데 제생각엔 whom이 더 적절하지 않나 싶어서요~~
