답은 (b) 인데요
(a)는 tell의 4형식 구조에서 3형식구조로 변형한걸로 생각해서 a도 답이 될 수 있다고 생각했거든요.. told to me 사이에 원래는 the story가 있는건데 목적격 관계대명사로 써서 생략되었다.. 이런식으로요..
안되나요?

3형식 tell + 직목(sth) + to + 간목(sb) 이라 맞는 말인데 the story가 목적격 관계대명사로 생략이 될수 있는지는 잘모르겠네용
