굳이 neither를 앞으로 빼지 않는다면 (b)처럼

저는 (to) be impressed라고 봤는데요,

그냥 to로 받으니까 be는 빼야하지 않을까요?

앞에 부정이 나온 다음 neither가 종속절에 나올때 neither 가 문장 제일 뒤에 나오는 경우가 없음.
이경우 빼고. 물론 이경우도 아주 informal한 대화에서만 가능.
A:I don't know B:Me, neither. (원래는 Neither do I 가 제대로 된 대답)

be 뺄려면 to 도 빠져야함. 하지만 to be 가 있는것이 훨 자연스러움.
