require, move 등은 아래와 같은 용법으로 사용됩니다.

동사 뒤에 that이 이끄는 명사절을 수반하여, ~임을 제안/주장/명령하다 라는
의미를 전달합니다.
이때 동사들이 가지는 의미상 that절에는 '~해야 한다' 라는 의미를 전달하는
것이 일반적이기 때문에 should를 생략할 수 있습니다.
