밑줄이 '회의가 소집될 무렵' 이라고 해석이 되는데

 

동사 convene은 '소집하다' 라는 의미 입니다.

 

제 생각에는 by the time the meeting is convened. 라고 바뀌어야 할 것 같아서요.
