정답이 C 라고 돼있는데, 왜 C가 정답이며, 왜 A는 정답이 될 수 없나요?

A) revealing B) will reveal C) to reveal D) reveals
마찬가지로 정답은 C 인데요, 왠지 A 도 정답이 될 수 있을것 같은데 왜 C만 정답이고 A 는
안되나요, revealing 으로 해도 '건축가의 계획을 공개하는 것' 으로 해석할 수 있지 않나요?

A) consulting B) to consult C) will consult D) consulted
만약 to consult 를 넣게 되면 '감독과 상담하기 위해서~' 라는 의미가 되서 문맥이랑 맞지 않는 것인가요? 저는 굳이 직역하자면 '상담하는 것 후에' 라고 해석해서 왠지 가능할 것 같기도 해서 헷갈리네요.

여기서 밑줄친 requests 는 동사가 아니라 명사로 사용된건가요? 혹시 repeating 을 넣어서
'요청을 반복한 후에' 라는 해석이 가능 하진 않나요?
