ch7 에 5번에서 reconfirming 과 reconfirmed 의 의미상의 차이점과 설명좀 부탁합니다.

 

19번 being은 어떤 의미로쓰이나요?  to be the building manager 와  being the building manager.

 

25번  Even though the noise caused by the renovation work was very______, Mr. Singh still insisted on giving his presentation. 여기서 진짜 동사가 어느것입니까? caused 입니까 아니면 was 입니까? 혹시 caused 가 noise 를 꾸며주는것인가요?
