 ask A to do 이렇게 주로 쓰이잖아요.

근데 여기서는 ask that S+V로 쓰인거잖아요?

was submitted가 아니고, 왜 동사원형 be pp가 올까요?

be pp 가 오는건 contract 때문인건 이해 되는데 동사원형 온다는 게 이해안되요
