답은 is guaranteed 인데 guaranteed가 오면 안되는 이유가 뭐죠? 답의 의도는 and가 is를 연결해준다 이런 의미같은데

guaranteed가 형용사역할로 product를 꾸밀 수 있지 않은가요??ㅠㅠ
