I said that she said (that) her feeling was good -> 그녀가 기분이좋다고 말한것은 더 이전이고 내가말한것은

 

그녀가 기분이좋다고 말한것을 그이후에 들은거니까 그녀가 기분이좋다고 말한것이 과거완료로 써야되는거아닌가요 ?

는 것은 내가 들었다는것보다 더 과거에 발견한건데 왜 시제가 같아요!!!? ......
