여기서 in이 어떻게 사용된건지 모르겠네요.; 답에는 십년만에 라던데

in 뒤에 시간 나오면 그 시간이 지나면 이라는 뜻은 알겠는데

in 연도는 뭔가요?

 

The tourism industry stated that a 10 percent rise in the number of tourists coming to New York, also contributed to increased sales.

여기서 that 이후 주어가 10퍼센트 증가 이고 동사가 기여했다 맞나요?

그런데.. p.270 에 보면 전치사 to +동명사 표현에

contribute to ~ ing = ~에 공헌하다 라고 되어있는데..

increased 에 빈칸이면 전 바로 increasing 했을꺼 같은데 어떻게 구분해야 하나요?
