여기서 답은 d 인데.. d 가 되려면 permits 라고 해야하는거 아닌가요?
permit 은 가산명사라서 their old 라고 여러개를 지칭했으니... permit 이 되어야하는게 아닌가요..?
아니면 a permit 이라도..
