말하다가 다른 단어를 먼저 말하거나 꼬이면은 어떻게 해야하나요? 다시 잘못 말한 그 문장의 처음부터 말해야하는지.

막 더듬더듬 사소한 단어일때는 어떡할까요?
ex) Also in urgent situation we, I mean, I can get a direct answer.
이런식으로 넘기면 될까요?
그냥 일반적으로 말하듯이 we, uh, I can get a direct answer라고 말해도 되지만 시험인지라 오답으로 생각할까봐요.
