이 문장에서 that 이 지시하고 있는게 nearly nine billion euros이라고 생각하는데, euros를 복수로 보고 that을 those라고 생각 했습니다.
그래서 답을 두개로 생각하고 고민했습니다. 물론 실제 문제의답은 d)입니다.
