If
you discover problems after you accept delivery, as long as you notify the
seller within a reasonable time, satisfactory goods must be provided. If
suitable merchandise is not delivered within an agreed-upon time period, you
may cancel the contract and demand your money back. In some cases, you may have
the right to ask for any difference between what you agreed to pay and what it
would cost you now to buy similar goods elsewhere, as well as any incidental
costs, such as the cost of transporting or storing the rejected merchandise.

Q.
Which of the following is correct according to the passage?

(a)
You have the right to inspect goods before paying for them.

(b)
You have no right to keep goods you order if you do not pay for them.

(c)
You are under no obligation to pay for goods if they are not delivered.

(d) You cannot cancel the contract under any
circumstances.
