【명사절의 위치】

‘명사절 접속사+(주어)+동사’덩어리로 아래 위치에 사용

1)명사절: 타동사의 목적어 역할. 직접 주어, 목적어, 보어로 사용

2)형용사절(관계절): 앞에 명사를 수식

I’ve met the woman who will be our new manager.

【명사절 VS 부사절】

1)명사절: 타동사의 목적어 역할

I recommend that you take an earlier flight.

2)부사절: 앞에 주절의 의미를 보충해주는 역할

Sarah can pick you up at the airport if you take an earlier flight.

【명사절 접속사 that】

1)명사절 접속사 that의 특징

① 전치사의 목적어 불가

② 완벽한 문장

2)명사절 접속사 that의 자리

① 주어

That she got a promotion was a shock to everyone.

* 가주어 진주어로 보통 출제

‘It ~that’

It is important that: ~하는 것은 중요하다.

It is uncertain that: ~하는 것은 불확실하다.
