주절에서 전체의 동사는 think이고, think가 이끄는 목적절에서의 동사가 will be 입니다.
(목적어절을 이끄는 that은 생략되어 있다고 보시면 돼요.)
그리고 in helping이라는 전치사구에서 help가 준사역동사여서 원형부정사인 create가 온거에요~
