p.86 10번 문제요

(A) was (B) are (C) were (D) is 여기서 제가 이문장에서 주어 주체를 tools로 보고 were을 찍었는데 틀렸더라구요... 정답은 was로.. The shipment 를 주어로 보고 was를 써야된다는데, 판단할때 월래 주체를 보고 찍어야하는게 아닌가요?
3번 문제에도 North America's Atlas featuring articles on individualism and capitalism _____ in August by Russekk Palmer 에서도 North America's Atlas를 주어로 보고 단수 취급해서 정답으로 복수를동사를 탈락시켰던데 여기서도 저는 featuring articles를 핵심으로 봐서 또 틀렸습니다....
추가로 18번문제에요...
The tips listed on the first page of every issue ______ buyers determine what computer accessories they really need and where to buy them. 이 문장에서 ____에 답으로 help가 들어가면요... 뒤에 동사 determine이 또있잖아요... 제가 정말 헷갈리는데.. 어떤 구조인지좀 설명좀 해주시면 안되요 ㅠㅠㅠ
