- 명사처럼 쓴다.
동명사가 오는 자리
주어 자리 문장 맨 앞
목적어 자리 동사 뒤
보어 자리 be 동사 뒤
전치사의 목적어 자리 전치사 (for, with...) > 전치사 뒤에는 to부정사가 들어가지 않는다.
일반명사 뒤에 명사가 올 수 없다.
(Demand, Demanding) a raise in salary is not acceptable.
The owner cared about (to improve, improving) service.
She stopped ( collection / collecting ) comic books.
동명사는 동사의 성질을 가지고 있다.
동명사가 명사 역할을 하는데 명사와는 어떻게 다른가?
