4. 명사절 접속사 3: 의문사
의문대명사 > who / what / which / whose
불완전 / + to부정사
의문형용사 > what / which / whose + 명사
불완전 / + 명사 + to부정사
의문부사 > when / where / why / how
완전한 절 / + to부정사 (why는 안 씀)
*명사절 > 의문사 + to부정사
의문사 + 주어 + should + 동사
*[ ] N + to부정사 > 의문형용사
5. who(m)ever / whatever / whichever
*복합관계대명사 = [대명사+관계대명사] 성질. 선행사 포함
*복합관계대명사의 명사절 vs 부사절
1) 명사절: Whoever ansewers the phone should be polite.
2) 부사절: Whoever ansewers the phone, they should be polite.
*복합관계형용사 (+N) > whatever / whichever (명사절 / 부사절)
복합-대명사 > whatever you need
복합-행용사 > whatever car you need V : 명사절
S+V : 부사절
*복합관계대명사 다음에는 불완전한 문장이 온다
*복합관계사 / 의문사를 쓸지는 문맥에 따라 결정
6. what / that 구별
*what절은 only 명사절 always 불완전
It is easy to see what is best for the firm.
*that절은 명사절 / 형용사절 / 부사절 가능
1)명사절 (완전한 절)
We were told that there were no seats available.
2)형용사절 (불완전 > 관계대명사)
Sophie gave me a suggestion that may help us.
3)부사절 (숙어 표현으로 사용, 완전한 절)
The cake was so delicious that I had a second piece.
