1. 명사절 자리
1)주어 자리

2)목적어 자리

3)보어 자리

4)전치사 뒤

2. 명사절 접속사
1)that
That he drew the picture is unbelievable.→ 주어
I knew that he was a lawyer.→ 목적어
2)if/whether

I do not know if she ordered it.
명사절
I can buy a building, if I should become rich.
부사절
▶명사절 if 주어 동사: 주어가 동사하는지 아닌지
▶부사절 if 주어 동사: 주어가 동사한다면

Whether he will agree is another question.
명사절

*수업을 들은 소감*
매번 강의를 들으면서 느끼는 것이지만 남강현 강사님은 어려운 내용도 쉽고 재미있게 가르쳐주시는데 탁월한 재능이 있으신 것 같다. 왜냐하면 내가 어려워하는 문법중의 하나가 바로 명사절이라서 왠지 모르게 뒤로 물러서고만 싶고 자신 없는데 남강현 강사님이 그런 두려움을 없애주셨기 때문이다. ‘명사절의 형태’, ‘명사절 접속사’, ‘명사절의 자리’이렇게 세분화해서 간단한 예문을 들어 각각의 내용을 설명해 주시니 쉽게 이해가 갔다. 복습하면서 다시 한 번 명사절의 핵심적인 내용을 되짚어보아야 하겠다.
