무료강의 출석체크 12일차 인증합니다. 오늘은 드디어 준동사파트도 끝나고 새 파트인 명사로 들어왔습니다.
영어에서 제일 어려운 부분은 동사라고 항상 생각해서 이제 좀 편해지겠구나 했는데 왠걸...명사파트는 암기할게 정말 너무너무 많더군요. 그래도 대부분이 단순암기라서 역시 동사보다는 낫다 싶습니다.
명사는 문장 내에서 주어, 목적어, 보어 역할을 합니다. 명사는 가산명사와 불가산명사로 나뉘는데 가산명사는 반드시 앞에 관사가 오거나 복수형으로 사용됩니다. 불가산명사는 부정관사 a나 an이 오지 못하고 복수형도 불가능합니다.
주요 불가산명사:
time, news, mail, food
money, support, access
information, equipment, furniture
luggage, baggage, machinery
advice, produce, poetry
jewelry, stationery, permission
liquids(coffee, rain, now, milk...)
가산명사, 불가산명사 앞에 오는 수량 형용사들
가산 단수명사: one, each, every, a, an, another
가산 복수명사: (a) few, fewer, many, several, both, various, one of the~, a number of
불가산명사: (a) little, less, much, a good deal of, agreat deal of
복수 or 불가산명사: all most, other, a lot of, lots plenty of
모든명사: the, same, any
some의 경우에는 의미 변화에 주의
