(강의 내용 정리)
15강에서는 형용사를 중점적으로 공부하였습니다.
1. 형용사의 역할(형명보)
2. 수량 형용사 many vs much
3. 혼동하기 쉬운 형용사-> mangerial vs mangeable -> 해석으로
4. Be 형용사 숙어 -> be abut to + 동사 원형, -> be subject to + 목적어
1. 형용사 자리(형명보)
___N___ -> 명사 수식
BE / 연결동사___-> 주격 보어
KFCLMC + 목적어 + ___ -> 목적격 보어 (keep, find, consider, leave, make, call)

형용사 + 명사

형용사 + 복합 명사 ( N + N )
John was praised for his incredible job performance during the advertising campaign.
명사 + 형용사
The bank makes every effort possible to ensure the safety of the cashiers.
형용사가 뒤에 오는 경우 -> 주격 관계대명사와 be동사 생략
make every effort[which is]pssible.

형용사는 명사를 수식하는 자리에 옴
후치수식
1. cost - effective, brand new -> 관용 표현
2. -one / -body / -thing + 형용사
3. afraid / asleep / alive
4. available / pssible
ex> The most exoensive car(which is) available.
형용사는 보어 자리에 옴
It is necessary to be imaginative when writing children's literature.
Natural fibers make clothes comfortable.
형용사 자리에 부사나 명사는 올 수 없다.
People can become overweight because of a (poorly, poor) diet.
An advertisement was posted for a (qualification, qualified) safety inspector.
형용사 + ly = 부사
명사 + ly = 형용사

단수 : a/an, one, each, every, another
복수: many, a few/few/fewer, one of/each of the, several/various/both, a number of, a variety of, a couple of, a majority of
불가산 : much, a little, little, less, a great deal of, a good deal of, a large amount of

1) All / both / half of 빼고 사용 가능

2) of 다음에 복수명가 오면 of 앞에 대명사 수 일치

수량 표현과 명사 사이에, of와 the는 하나라도 빠질 수 없다.

혼동 형용사 (암기하기!)
informative[유익한] vs informed [정통한, 알고 있는]

(15강 어휘)
1. fill out : 작성하다, ~에 기입하다 (동의어: fill in/complete an application form)
2. turn in: 제출하다 (동의어& 관련 어휘 hand in/submit the form : 서식을 제출하다, turn down : 거절하다, turn around : 기업을 회생하다) vacation = leave
3. sign up for : ~에 등록하다
enroll in = register for the class
4. take place 진행되다, 열리다 (동의어 : be held)
5. take tome off (to do): (~하기 위해) 시간을 내다 (동의어: leave, vacation, break)
6. take over (업무 등을) 인계받다, (가게 등을) 양도받다, 인수하다

(15강 후기)
전에 배웠던 수량형용사를 보충하여 추가적인 부분 수량형용사를 공부하였고, 좀 더 자세히 배웠습니다! be about to 다음에 동사원형이 오는 표현과 LC에서도 자주 나오는 표현 turn in과 동의어인 submit, hand in도 공부하였고 후치수식을 해주는 형용사에 대해서도 자세히 알게되었습니다. 알고 있던 표현과 문법은 한번 더 정리하고 강의를 들음으로 문제 풀이를 할 때 속도를 올려주는 것 같고요, 모르는 표현과 생소했던 문법은 한번 봄으로써 익숙하게 만들어줘서 다음번에 봤을 때 낯설지 않게 해줘서 좋았습니다~!남은 강의도 계속 열심히 화이팅 해야겠어요!!
