지난시간에 이어 오늘도 전치사에 대해 학습하였다.
5. 전치사 선택 5: 이유, 양보, 목적
※ 이유, 양보, 목적을 나타내는 전치사
이유: because of, due to, on account of, owing to(전치사)/because, since as, now that(접속사)
양보: despite, in spite of, with all, notwithstanding(전치사)/although, though(접속사)
목적: for(전치사)/in order that(접속사)
* for이 들어가는 관용표현
- +your convenience, +safety reasons, +further information, articles for sale, money for supplies
※ 제외, 부가를 나타내는 전치사
~를 제외하고: Except(for), Exceptiong, Apart form, Aside from, Excluding
~이 없다면: Barring, Without, But for
~에 더해서: In addition to, Besides, Apart from(* in addition 이건 부사!)
~대신에: Instead of
※ A of B
쓰임 > a: 동사 b: 주어/a: 동사, b: 목적어/a=b 동격/a가 b의 소속/부분
6. 전치사 선택 6: ~에 관하여
전치사: on, about, over, as to, as for, concerning, regarding, with regard to 등
7. 전치사 선택 7: 기타 전치사 –by
교통수단, 지불수단, 통신수단, 시간/완료, 장소, 수동태, 수치
* through: 경로, 수단, 기간
* throughout: 기간(동안, 내내), 장소/책/영화(전체에)
* like, unlike: like(접속사, 전치사, 동사), unlike(전치사, 형용사) Alike[부] 똑같이, 비슷하게
위 내용 말고도 기타 전치사 숙어표현, 동사+전치사 표현, 형용사+전치사 표현, 명사+전치사 표현, 2단어 이상으로 이루어진 전치사를 학습하였다.
