Actually I prefer working out outside to the gym. recommend It’s better to exercise outdoor than in a gym.

Because It feels very refreshing outside. outside is very refreshments air fresher.

And I exercise easily if I want. easily do the exercise if what I want.

So and there are a lot of places outside these days. now days, many places around outside.

We usually normally see the exercise equipment tools around there.

So we don’t need to spend use our money to exercise for the exercise in a gym.

Actually  we  should spend out  for doing
