주격관계대명사로 봐야하나요? 의미상 선행사가 a disaster 같은데 이 경우에는 어째서 a disaster 바로 뒤에 that이 안붙고 were to occur 다음에 오도록 멀리 떨어뜨려 쓰인걸까요?

둘 다 맞는 문장입니다. 보통 어순은 '무엇을 강조하는지'에 따라 바뀌기는 하는데, 딱히 큰 의미 차이는 없어보이네요 ~
3. wipes out이 아니라 wiped out이 아닌지?
파랭이 책에서 가져온 문제였는데 wipes 현재형/단수 로 쓰여있네요. 발생한 일이 아니라서 그렇게 쓴 것 같아요.
